CONDITION

DISC: This UK Pye LP is visually in EXCELLENT+ condition. Both sides show full gloss, with
some very light sleeve removal marks and signs of play. 1st press PYE copies of Arthur are
very difficult to find in good condition. This copy sounds exactly like the 1st press, but it's in
much better condition. The Kinks' PYE albums before Arthur are klassiks, but Arthur is so
much better recorded and mastered than everything that preceeded it. Overall, a superb copy.

COVER: The front-laminated cover is in EXCELLENT+ condition, with only very minor
signs of wear/foxing. Note: this cover has a STEREO NPSL sticker affixed over the MONO
catalogue number.

INNER SLEEVE: The inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition, with seam splits and
minor signs of handling and wear.

  • I grade conservatively. MINT is a sealed LP; NEAR MINT is an open LP/cover
    with virtually no signs of use/wear; EXCELLENT is a well-looked-after LP/cover
    with light signs of use/wear; VERY GOOD+ is an LP/cover with average signs of
    use/wear but is not trashed.
  • I use unforgiving sunlight and incandescent light to visually grade each LP.
  • I don’t make unverifiable claims as to how many plays a non-sealed LP has had
    unless I am the original owner.
