For sale here is a VERY rare LP.The SEVENTH released on October 10 1969 (especially in this condition) by THE KINKS called " ARTHUR OR THE DECLINE AND FALL OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE " and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press BLUE PYE label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT ONE OF THE KINKS RAREST LP EVER, AND HARDLY EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN STUNNING!! CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1969 STEREO 1st PRESSING ON THE 1st PRESS BLUE PYE LABEL. 1st PRESS A1 / B1  MATRIXES, AND 1st PRESS FULLY LAMINATED GARROD & LOFTHOUSE GATEFOLD SLEEVE WITH INSERT ...THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD...this is the ORIGINAL BLUE PYE UK 1st pressing from 1969 and is in STUNNING!! condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. is NSPL 18317 on the 1st press BLUE PYE label...(have a look at my photo's) and is a UK STEREO 1st Pressing..

Labels are the sensational black / blue, PYE format in excellent+ condition!!.With the PYE logo above the central holes on both labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity.Has only a few very minor spindle lines, to indicate that the record has possibly only been played a few times !! With NO damage of any kind. NO graffiti , NO rips NO tears, and NO sticker marks and would therefore grade as excellent+ condition

Vinyl

Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic. Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees, There are NO surface marks,NO scratches or blemishes at all!! Only a few very very tiny faint wispy lines are visible whatsoever!! (hardly noticable).A stunning visual and impossible to locate in this condition!!!.Would therefore grade as excellent++ / near as mint condition !!

 

Sleeve

First issue fully laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Gatefold sleeve with insert is Showing some storage wear at the corners and edges, with some laminate creasing accross the top right hand corner. The sleeve has only small 1 tear to the bottom right corner on the reverse, but NO graffitti or stickers whatsoever and is still a pleasure to view.The sleeve is in good / very good condition!!! and a Fantastic collectors item. The Spine is straight and legible with a some rubbing. This is still a fine example of this sensational PYE classic .
