KINKS - FACE TO FACE RARE STEREO EXPORT
PYE PINK LABEL UK ORIGINAL 1965 FIRST STEREO EXPORT PRESSING WITH FRONT LAMINATED SINGLE SLEEVE IN VERY GOOD PLAYING CONDITION.

Released in 1965 I am offering today this Very Good playing condition album by the THE KINKS titled 'FACE TO FACE'.
This album that I am offering today is far from being a museum piece, but if you are a big Ray Davies fan and want a good to very good playing rare stereo original then this may be for you, as the playback is different to the regular mono edition. There are quite a few scuffs and surface scratches to be seen on the vinyl but I have play tested this and it playsa really well with absolutely no sticks or skips but there is some pops every now and then but absolutely no sticks or skips. This has to be one of the bands best early albums. The album kicks off with the classic PARTY LINE before going through the classics such as HOUSE IN THE COUNTRY and the big hit SUNNY AFTERNOON.
These export STEREO pressings do not come along too often.
The Garrod & Lofthouse patents pending front laminated flip back single sleeve is a very respectable example with clean edges, and fully legible spine text and is free from any splits or tears etc but there is a small sticker removal mark on the back where the stereo sticker has been as there were no stereo sleeves printed.
Tracks on this album are PARTY LINE - ROSY - WON'T YOU PLEASE COME HOME - DANDY - TOO MUCH ON MY MIND - SESSION MAN - RAINY DAY IN JUNE - HOUSE IN THE COUNTRY - HOLIDAY IN WAIKIKI - MOST EXCLUSIVE RESIDENCE FOR SALE - LITTLE MISS QUEEN OF DARKNESS - YOU'RE LOOKING FINE - SUNNY AFTERNOON - I'LL REMEMBER.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually is in good condition as it displays quite a few surface scratches, and audibly this plays through very good with some crackle and pops but there is absolutely no sticks & skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The patents pending front laminated flip back single sleeve is a very respectable example with fully legible spine text and clean edges. There were no Stereo sleeves printed for this release they just put a stereo sticker on the back which has since come off
The LABELS, The pink first issue Pye labels are clean, showing spindle traces but no unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original plain white inner is clean with no splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
