Very rare collectible box set from 1969 (was not sold in stores)

The ultimate for Kinks fans & collectors alike! 

The Kinks:  Ray Davies, Dave Davies, Pete Quaife & Mick Avory
Reprise # PRO328

Included are the Mint Condition vinyl LP "Then Now and In Between"
plus all the items below.

All the goodies are included:
  A "God Save the Kinks" postcard, decal & pin
   Tiny UK flag / pin
   "Official Souvenir from the Davies Land Village Green"  bag of now brown grass
    Puzzle
   Warner Brothers "Consumer's Guide to the Kinks" brochure (tan)
    Yellow promo card from "Arthur or The Decline and Fall of the British Empire"
  A record co promo letter for the package dated Fall 1969

Over the years I haven't seen one box still standing with all the pieces in it till now. 
Ultra rare & virtually impossible to find! 

Album jacket / cover is in NM - has two small corner dings which are photographed. 

Outer box is still sturdy although the top cover was never shrinkwrapped
and shows its 40 years age.   Top box cover is taped in one corner, albeit with a high quality tape
that mostly matches the box & has two additional torn but functional corners & some front
creasing.  Bottom box cover is in excellent condition.

Please note, there are no returns on collector's items - we have photographed
everything including any flaws we could find.   Please ask anything you need to know before bidding.
