original & very rare 1964 UK 1st PRESSING PYE EP

All of the above info is secondary to the fact that this EP was signed by all band members prior to a concert in Newcastle in 1964. This was the deal: Jeavons, the local Newcastle record store in the 60s, undertook, to fans who bought the EP, that it would be signed by The Kinks at their upcoming concert. Nevertheless, these do not come up for sale very often!

COVER IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITIONVINYL IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITION
The labels are a superb EX+ condition, with very clear titles, extremely light spindle wear and no writing damage. The vinyl is still very shiny, with very light surface marks and minor nicks, the record playing EX, with very quiet run-in/linking grooves, Side 2 displaying slightly more wear.
The sleeve is very respectable with light creasing, but no major damage at all. No tears/rips etc. The edges are undamaged. The laminate is deeply glossy with only a light impression left by the record. The non-laminated rear sleeve is in very clean shape, the flipback is similarly strong and complete with light wrinkles, beautifully dirt-free and complete.
The distinctive autographs are extremely clear and unaffected by the intervening years. Ray's crosses on to the upper flipback, but it is still undamaged and remains as it was signed. Mick's is the most distinctive and unmistakeable. This is a great piece of 60s memorabilia by one of the bands whose influence and popularity would persist to today. Their classic early singles, and later 60s albums in particular would reserve a well-earned place for them in Rock history.
