Description
KINKS - LOLA VERSUS POWERMAN AND THE MONEYGROUND / MUSIC HALL 12.934 / MONO / Very Rare original Argentine unique promotional edition in glorious MONO. The fact that the Argentine industry kept on releasing mono mixes until the early 70's made it possible that this Kinks' masterpiece got to be issued like this. Gatefold cardboard jacket is a VG+, it shows some moderate wear, has promo & cat num sticker on front top portion, super tiny tear off by the open seam also on front, promo sticker on back and two super tiny pen writings, the inside of the gatefold looks fine & clean, see pictures below. Disc is a a nice VG, with superficial thin hairlines & scuffs on a glossy surface, there's nothing deep at all, record plays really strong all through with loud clear sound and just mild background surface noise, labels shows some moderate wear, there's a promo sticker on A side and a cat num sticker on B side, otherwise they're clean with no writings. And being a full promo copy as this one is, it also includes a Music Hall label promo sheet with information on this particular Kinks' release which is in very good condition with just some years yellowing (see picture). Track titles have been translated into Spanish on labels. A nice chance to grab a hard to find odd collectible, don't miss it!!!
