On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Kinks called 'The Kinks' and is an ORIGINAL 1964 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Pye label!!!! THIS LP IS VERY RARE IN THIS CONDITION!!!! THIS IS A STUNNING LOOKING MONO 1ST PRESSING AND VERY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!! AND FOR ONCE THE LAMINATE ON THE COVER IS UNGLAZED AND WONDERFULLY SHINY!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS STUNNING CONDITIONED KINKS LP!!!!This is the original Pye UK MONO 1st pressing from 1964 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on MEGA THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is NPL 18096 on the Pink Pye label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Kinks at their best!!!! Any fan of The Kinks, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only a couple of light non sounding surface marks and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is GREAT to find that the record plays well and is almost as STUNNING as the visual!!!! There is NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and only some very light crackle 'with' the music in places!!!! The record must grade visually Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent - though the playing grade is slightly less than this. Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL PYE inner!!!! The Flipback Cover is in STUNNING condition and is one of the best I have seen!!!! The cover has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light edge creases (cover is still very flat looking), AWESOME shiny laminate and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, and only some very VERY slight yellowing (barely ANY)!!!! The Cover must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!!
HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE LP!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1964 MONO 1ST PRESSING OF "THE KINKS" BY THE KINKS IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!
