ULTRA RARE press photo from 1965 signed by all members. The image was shot by photographer Bent Rej during one of The Kinks visits to Scandinavia. Bent Rej worked for a danish magazine called "Ekstra Bladet" and this signed photo used to belong to a journalist that also worked at "Ekstra Bladet". This is the image that appeared on the Sweden and Netherlands picture sleeves to the "Dedicated Follower Of Fashion" 45.
