You are bidding on a RARE and stunning original album from

This is the rare original 1964 First Pressing of the Kinks first UK 14-track MONO album on the Pye label, catalogue no. NPL.18096
The record comes in its original front-laminated flip-back Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve
Matrices/Stampers are:
Side 1:
NN 1096 A2T; stamped ‘AAZ’ (hand-etched at 9 o’clock); ‘1’ (hand-etched at 3 o’clock) and stamped with KT tax code at 12 o’clock
Side 2:
NN 1096 B2T; stamped ‘AAC’ (hand-etched at 9 o’clock); ‘1’ (hand-etched at 3 o’clock) and stamped with KT tax code at 12 o’clock

The vinyl itself is near mint. There are some faint marks visible, as you would expect from a record of this age, but they have no significant effect on the playing quality and the record plays well with minimal crackling, and no jumps or pops. There are some slight spindle markings visible on close inspection (but minimal), apart from which the labels are extremely clean and completely intact
The original front-laminated flip back sleeve is also near mint - in fantastic condition for its age, with no laminate peeling and just a tiny amount of wear showing in the corners and along the opening and bottom edges. The spine is perfect - completely intact and readable, and the back of the sleeve is extremely clean
This is a wonderful opportunity to own this rare and highly collectible first issue MONO Kinks album, especially as its in such wonderful condition - a must for Kinks fans and collectors of 60s vinyl
