Up for Consideration is the ULTRA RARE RUSSIAN ROCK/PUNK/NEW WAVE CLASSIC RELEASE BY KINO GROUPA KROOVY (Translation = Blood Type) on Gold Castle Records from 1989. Catalog number D1-71322  Back in the late 1980s, I worked at a classical NPR radio station. This was given to us as a promo. They didn't want it, so I grabbed it. Honestly, I never remember playing it, so the vinyl is in Excellent condition. The cover shows some minor wear-- promo cut, minor corner bumping, some minor spine wear. Please examine the pictures closely. It has been in storage for decades. I forgot I even had it until recently. It includes the insert (english translation of the lyrics) and also the info card for the Gold Castle label and a Time mag promo thing.  THIS IS VERY COOL AND VERY TOUGH TO FIND!!! Please check the pictures for tracks and information.
