I was fortunate enough to recently receive hundreds of unsold KISS albums in boxes that had sat in Polygram Records' warehouse and i will be listing them a few at a time. most of these LPs are beautiful...some are error copies. some are in amazing shape, and some are in good shape. i will indicate the condition of each LP. one of the great things about these LPs is that a lot of them never made it into the stores, so theres no price tags or shelf wear. when it comes to American KISS releases and pressings, i am an expert so feel free to ask anything. bidders with less than 20 feedback please contact me first, otherwise your bids will be cancelled because of previous bad experiences.
KISS "Alive II" NBLP 7076-2...another beautiful copy of Alive II original pressing. all inserts should be included...tattoos, evolution of KISS book and a kiss army order form. i have to be honest and say that im always a little nervous selling or buying factory sealed copies of Alive II. back in 1977 when the album was being manufactured, the Casablanca execs rushed the album packaging and sealed the LPs and Jackets in shrinkwrap before the glue dried! as a result, many copies are sticky and some of the gatefolds are actually glued together...it is very hard to find a nice initial pressing still sealed because of this fact. lets hope for the best. no real visible flaws except a couple shrink busts that are pretty standard. most likely missing red hype sticker because this copy was pressed after the album's promotional cycle.
