Rare Strictly Official Japan Original Vinyl 7" in Polystar's Company Sleeve (It Has A Small Number Writing by Pencil Like The Photo #4).
With A Picture Sheet incl. Japanese Linernotes and Lyrics.
This Is Promo Label Copy, So Japanese Words "Sample" and "Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels.
Disc is VG Plus - VG (It Has Some Scratches on Both Sides), Picture Sheet is EX Minus (Not Having Any Tear, It Has A Date Writing on Front Like The Photo # 5).
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
