THE INSERT IS MISSING, HOWEVER, AS A BONUS, A PAUL STANLEY INSERT FOR HIS PICTURE DISC VIPD-1 WITH THE DIE-CUT WILL BE INCLUDED. THE INSERT IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION. THE DIE-CUT COVER IS IN VG (POOR) CONDITION (HAS SOME TEARS).
