KISS — Lick It Up — GERMAN IMPORT — Casablanca Records – 814 297-1 — 1983
The first Kiss album without make-up and a German import, plus SUPER COOL that it is on the Casablanca label! EXTREMELY nice LP, cover, and sleeve with just some slight wrinkling along the spine and minor flaws but really nice condition for a 39 year old record!
Cover: Cover is Excellent ++! EXTREMELY light edge wear and I will say only LIGHT ring wear only because the shape of the disc has become embossed into the cover because of the thinner material used for the import covers and is typical. There are a few light minor wrinkles along the spine and some denting/gauging on the front cover shown in the photos but the damage does not penetrate the glossy finish.
Sleeve: White inner sleeve with lyrics printed is in Excellent + condition. There are some very light wrinkles and the shape of the disc is noticeable in the sleeve as well. Small slit at left side of sleeve about 1 inch long. No slits on the bottom or right side. Overall, very impressive!
Disc: Vinyl is NEAR MINT! No visible scratches, just a light smudge or two.
