This Is Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Words "Sample" and "Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels, Label Part Has A Japanese Red "Intro Time 13 Seconds" Stamp, A Small Japanese Sample Sticker is on Company Sleeve.
Disc is EX, Company Sleeve is EX Minus, Picture Sheet is EX Minus- VG Plus, Some Wrinkles on Top Right Side Corner Like The Photo # 1 and # 5.
