With 3 Designed Inner Sleeve, 8 page Colour Photo Book  and Another 8 page Japanease Linernotes Lyrics Booklet,

Also with 3 Mask Cards, Not Complete, Unfortunately Ace Frehley's One Was Lost.

All Disc are EX,  Sleeve is EX Minus (No Bottom Split, Center Top Has Light Damage).
