Doctorin' The Tardis - Signed!!!
By
The Timelords aka The KLF aka Bill Drummond & Jimmy Cauty
Love it or loathe it this masterful rework of the theme tune to British cult Sci-fi TV programme Dr. Who hit the number one spot in the UK pop charts in spring 1988 and earned it's creators a sizeable amount of kindling (but that's another story).
This Original 12" has been kept in fantastic condition since it was signed back in 1988 and given as a prize.
Bill & Jimmy were notoriously reluctant to autograph anything and in a rare departure from their usual assuming anonymity signed the front of the record picture sleeve "Timeboy" [Bill] & "Lord Rock" [Jimmy]... They also inked a tyre print from Ford Timelord [Jimmy's car] on the back.
Although the record is fairly commonplace their signing it this way has made it virtually unique and a deliciously desirable piece of KLF memorabilia.
I have no idea what this highly collectable item is likely to sell for but I have kept the start price very low and there is NO RESERVE
