Richard Strauss: Don Juan + Tod und Verklärung ("Death and Transfiguration")
rare German first press vinyl LP released 1956 on orange/gold DECCA mono label (no stereo exists) with catalognumber LXT 5239.
Beautiful laminated flipback cover "Printed in England" dates 8/56, and heavy vinyl in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition - perfect!
Famous performance by Hans Knappertsbusch conducting the Paris Conservatoire Orchestra recorded with true audiophile soundquality... see photo.
