• near mint: near perfect; may have a tiny imperfection
• very good++:  minimum of imperfections
• very good+: slight scuffs or very light wear that does not affect play
• very good: some surface noise, slight groove wear or light scratches
• good: surface noise, scratches, visible groove wear. Still, it shouldn't skip.
