Description

This is a rare ORIGINAL LABEL copy of the Knights of the Round Table's 45 rpm single of "Big Tears"/"The Knight in Shining Armor" co-written and produced by KIM FOWLEY and released in 1964 on the orange label Chattahoochee Records (CH-640). The A-side is a very cool soul/garage rocker, a little reminiscent of Gino Washington, while the B-side is more of a Coasters-styled R&B track (there is some involvement by a member or members of the Coasters). This record was re-produced by Norton Records (who claims it's from 1962) but this is the ORIGINAL label original copy. There are visible scruffs on the record; the A-side plays VG++ while the B-side plays VG.
I'm not sure if this is a promo copy but the label does state "Area Test Record."
