KNOCKER JUNGLE ?Same (Ember UK 1970)


Quite a rare LP by this mysterious duo. They actually split up before it's release, which never really helps create a buzz about the debut LP by a band, and the rather rude hand gesture on the inside gatefold probably didn't help sales wise either. Produced by Tony Cox, with Dave Mattacks of Fairport Convention on drums and several other interesting contributers, this strangely named outfit produced a varied and well crafted collection of songs that spanned folk, pop, psych and prog. It's a real shame they didn't go on to do more stuff really



Grading

Vinyl: EX very nice copy with no obvious marks I can see, perhaps a few superficial scuffs under bright light. Plays fantastic.
Sleeve: VG not bad, with light general wear.

Grading

M- As new, no marks of any kind whatsoever.

EX Perhaps a few featherlight whispy marks, but no scratches or deterioration in sound

VG+ Some light marks on the vinyl, but nothing that should cause clicks or pops, just occasional light surface noise.

VG Some heavier marks and maybe a few scratches that will cause some noise, but will still be a very enjoyable listen with definitely no sticks or skips or constant surface noise.

Postage within UK is £4.50 which includes 'signed for' post. We will post worldwide, but records must be sent fully insured and to be 'signed for'.This will be £12 for within the European Union and £15 for the rest of the world.
