I will package them safely and if there is a large discrepancy between what I quoted and the actual cost, I will refund the difference or I may ask for additional funds. I am not attempting to make money off of shipping, only pay for costs including supplies and to package your order properly.
Due to recent hassles, shipping to France occurs only through Express mail and you have to have more than a 100 feedback rating (France only). Everywhere else, regular shipping is fine. If you are concerned with cost, etc. just contact me, I prefer to be fair but have gotten ripped off lately by buyers and paypal's lame rules. As you can see, my feedback is great. thanks. Also, Canada folks will be charged a fair rate, more than US, less than international.
