Description
This is an opportunity to bid for 4 LPs by the Korean violinist Kyung-Wha Chung:
SXL 6493 (1970) Tchaikovsky VC, Sibelius VC / LSO Previn / NB ZAL-10096/7-2W SXL 6842 (1977) Elgar Concerto for Violin & Orchestra / LPO Solti / NB ZAL-15299/300-5Y SXDL 7508 (1979) Beethoven VC in D Major / Vienna PO Kondrashin / Digital DZAL 16573/4 SXDL 7527 (1981) Lalo Symphonie Espagnole, Saint-Saens VC 1 / Montreal SO Dutoit / Digital PDZAL16952/3 The inner sleeves are Decca printed poly-lined paper.
Each LP will be supplied in a 12g protective polythene sleeve and they will be posted in a commercial Defenda LP mailer made of corrugated cardboard (no charge for these).
Condition of Discs The discs are glossy with negligible signs of wear. In particular, there are no signs of spindle wear ("squirreling") around the centre holes. I have listened to extracts, and the selections that I have listened to play beautifully, with negligible loss of high-end frequency. I have conservatively graded the discs as "Excellent" (Record Collector grading system).
Condition of Sleeves There is only minor shelf/handling wear: no writing, stains, tears etc. Graded "Excellent"
