Epic stereo 26304, vg/nm-, this was a city college of New York radio station copy, the vinyl is very nice, clean and shiny with just a few wisps of sleeve removal, plays great, there are rubber swtamp call letters on the labels and the cover, the labels are clean without spindle marks, the cover has no splits, but being white it has some soiling and slight moisture damage to the bottom corner, there is a filing label on the back of the cover, it is the original cover with the blue print on the back (I am making it sound worse than it is but I want to be complete), anyway the cover is intact except for the junk a college radio station would do to it, and the vinyl makes it look like it was not one of their favorites, because it is in excellent condition................WILL BE LISTING RARE SURF, GARAGE AND SOME PSYCH THIS MONTH.
