Description

Mega rare Private Label 45 - (soul / Funk), on American Artists Custom Record Label (1975). Side A - "This is the Place" 5:10, with side B being the same with instrumental only. Eight member group from the Springfield Missouri area. (including the (4) four Bedell Brothers.) This guaranteed original (7) seven inch vinyl disc is in beautiful condition! (both the vinyl and label) It looks as nice as the day it was made. Both the vinyl and the label are graded M-. Not only is this an Extremely scarce, highly collectible piece -- but the odds of finding it in its unused condition is extremely rare. This would be a great find for the collector who appreciates rarity along with the added bonus of its stunning High-end condition.
