SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

All products are insured for up to $100 via UPS/FedEx. Additional insurance will be purchased depending on the fragility of the items and the item’s value by THE URBAN SOLE. In order to obtain a refund, items must remain unused-- all original tags, seals, and wrapping must remain intact. Clothing items can be tried on but not worn. All international orders are processed through the eBay Global Program. Therefore THE URBAN SOLE does not accept international returns. All items, regardless of their fragility, are packaged with the intent of protecting the product from shipping negligence. The extra foam/wrap/etc. used to protect items can add additional weight to packages. This does not impact shipping costs for domestic orders but can impact shipping costs for international customers. customers can message THE URBAN SOLE and request the smallest and lightest packaging option. THE URBAN SOLE will package items with the least amount of box fillers (paper, foam, etc…) as long as doing so does significantly impact the likelihood of products being damaged.

Please message prior to making the purchase. This will allow me to gather up the products, package them, AND weigh the package to the gram. Afterward, I can update the posting with the exact weight or create a new posting if you are interested in purchasing multiple/various items. Consolidating items and providing the exact package weight/measurements can significantly reduce shipping costs for international customers

RETURNS DUE TO PRODUCT ARRIVING DAMAGED: In the event that items arrive damaged, you must inform THE URBAN SOLE immediately upon delivery and take damaged items/packages to UPS/FedEx/USPS for them to verify their negligence. Once the customer informs THE URBAN SOLE, we will immediately initiate a claim. Once UPS/FedEx/USPS confirms that they have inspected the items/package and damage was due to their negligence, THE URBAN SOLE will issue a full refund, which includes the price of the product(s), sales tax, and your full shipping cost.

SPORTS CARDS AND TRADING CARDS: are non-refundable unless the package arrives damaged. If a package arrives damaged, the above policy applies. Once UPS/FedEx/USPS makes their determination and they issue a refund, the customer will also be fully refunded.

-ADDITIONALLY- In the scenario where the customer opens trading card boxes/packs and was not lucky enough to obtain the cards they have been searching for, they cannot damage the product/box/cards in order to request a refund. To prevent false claims such as these, customers cannot break the factory seal and/or open damaged boxes and/or packs. (It is evident when seals are broken due to shipping negligence and this will not be held against the customer.) THE URBAN SOLE reserves the right to request damaged sports cards/trading cards be returned in order to obtain a refund. THE URBAN SOLE will cover the shipping cost of damaged sports cards/trading card returns.

OTHER RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once items arrive, the customer will be issued a refund for the original cost of the product(s) including tax. If free shipping was offered for returned item(s), the original shipping cost will be withheld from the refund (receipt will be provided upon request). Original shipping cost is non-refundable. If the customer requests an exchange and the item is currently in stock, an exchange will be provided. THE URBAN SOLE will cover the shipping cost of the exchange/new product.
