Ludwig van Beethoven: The Nine Symphonies

German DGG stereo-pressing with big tulip „Alle Hersteller“- labels.
This box-set includes all 8 LPs as single pressings ( SLPM 138 801-138 808 ) with red stereo imprint on front.
Dates on the backsleeves are from '63 or '64, the regular boxset's booklet, which is also contained, is dated 1/64.
All single sleeves except for Symphony No.7 have a Grand Prix-sticker on front.
The box is without sticker and slightly bigger than the ones from the regular edition, indicating that this was specifically produced to assemble the separate LPs in a complete box-set.
A rather seldomly surfacing edition of this famous recording!

Condition Box: EX. Massive box with laminated front. Rather light storage wear. Some scuffs, lightly tainted.

Condition Sleeves: Strong EX. All have light ring- and storage-wear, but they have apparently been housed in the box for decades.

Condition Vinyl: NM. Some played a couple of times, some hardly ever. I have cleaned all LPs, and there is not more than a light paperscuff here and there. All look and play great!

Condition Booklet: EX to NM. Minimal handling-wear.

- I use sturdy cardboard-boxes and cardboard-dividers, both specifically designed for the safe shipping of vinyl records.
- Most LPs receive new antistatic innersleeves (in addition to the original ones, which of course are also provided). I, however, don't add new sleeves, if the original ones seem fitting.

A note about my record-grading:
I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.
My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
