The item pictured is the actual record for sale, and is the best I can do to represent the condition of the record visually.
Scale used:
(NM) Nearly Mint but has been played.No visible sign of wear or damage (No scratches or rubs)
NEAR MINT MINUS(NM-) Looks New and has very few signs of handling. May have 1-3 very light scratches that you cannot feel.
VERY GOOD ++ (VG++) Still has that new look shine with some minor groove wear and/or minor scuffs and have 3-6 very light scratches that you can't feel.
VERY GOOD + (VG) Still has shine but without the luster of a new record. Has some/lots of significant wear scuffs and scratches.
VERY GOOD (VG) Has no shine and lots of scuffs and scratches, groove wear with some gray areas.
PLAYABLE GRADE: NEAR MINT (NM) Has a Great Sound with no surface noise.
NEAR MINT MINUS: Has a great sound and may have/have not any surface noise so light that you can hardly hear it.
VERY GOOD ++ (VG++) A very playable copy that has a very nice sound and little surface noise.
VERY GOOD + (VG+) A very playable copy that has a nice sound. Has surface noise but will not be distorted from the sounds.
VERY GOOD (VG) Has considerable wear and will have Heavy Surface Noise but will still sounds OK when played.

Sorry, it took me a while to figure out how to do this.
Here is the audio from both sides of the 45. Played on a Beogram RX through an NAD Monitor Series 1700 Preamp direct line out with no tweaking to Audacity and exported to MP3 with no filters.
