Original European pressing. In stickered gatefold sleeve with the lyric booklet and original black inner sleeves.
From my own personal collection and purchased new on its first day of release back in Dec 2005. I take a lot of pride in looking after my vinyl collection and this item has been very, very well cared for. The album has only had several plays, if that. The album cover is even still in it's original poly shrink-wrap. However, before you get too over excited, as you may know, the pressing quality of original copies of Aerial was variable, with many discs having audible pressing faults. I believe that there are as many faulty pressings as they were decent ones. I am going to give the playing quality of this copy an average grade of VG. This means that some of it plays far better than VG, but it also means that some of it plays less than VG. Sides 1 and 4 sound pretty clean overall, whilst sides 2 and 3 sound as if they have had a lot of play (even though I can assure you they haven't) with some clearly audible groove-wear in places. It's only fair that you should know this in advance.
Having said that, this is still a collectible item and if you're intending to add to your collection on it's visual appeal you're in luck, as you're buying something that looks virtually new. The playing surfaces easily look MINT. Just a couple of faint spindle marks on a couple of labels. The booklet is in MINT condition. Gatefold sleeve, as you would expect, has been well protected by its original shrink wrap and is in NrMINT/MINT condition. Just a tiny nick on the opening edge (see photos). Black inners are MINT. Reluctantly selling...time for someone else to enjoy.
