​A fantastic UK 1st pressing of Kate Bush’s avant-garde 1982 masterpiece, The Dreaming. This copy boasts incredibly low mother/stamper numbers (1-4 on both sides), guaranteeing exceptional audio fidelity cut close to the original master.

The disc is in phenomenal condition. The EMI labels are perfect with absolutely no spindle marks, strongly suggesting this record has barely been played. The grooves remain incredibly sharp and glossy. There are just a few very light, superficial paper scrapes caused by the heavy cardboard inner sleeve, but absolutely no needle scratches.

​Outer Sleeve: VG+ (Very Good Plus)
The original Garrod & Lofthouse unlined sleeve is highly presentable. There is zero edge wear and very minimal corner wear. It has been graded VG+ strictly due to some very slight transit damage at the upper edge (the very beginning of a knifing split from the vinyl shifting inside) and a little minor age-related discoloration here and there on the front.

​Inner Sleeve: EX+ (Excellent Plus)
The heavy, rigid cardboard printed inner sleeve featuring lyrics and credits is virtually perfect. These are notoriously prone to splitting, making a fully intact EX inner sleeve highly desirable for this release.
