Kate Bush - The Red Shoes

1993 - Stereo - Extremely Rare EMI LP - Very Few pressed

Catalogue Number: EMI1047

Matrix Numbers: Side One - EMD 1047 A-1-1-1 , also has inscription 'For H' which is a dedication to her mother Hannah
Side Two - EMD 1047 B-1-1-1

Condition: In my personal opinion, I would say this item is Near Mint.  However,  I am not a professional. Therefore I have listed the items as VG+ in the event I have overlooked something in the 'grading system'. 
Cover: - VG++- Still in shrink wrap but opened. No tears or creases.  Would say there is normal wear at corners of card -w hich is minor/negligible.
Vinyl: VG+ - looks unplayed, has one hairline scratch/mark on Side One.    So, for that reason only I would list the vinyl as VG+
Labels: - The P/S is almost perfect, only a minor crease in bottom corner where vinyl stops and paper stops.  On the record itself the Paper Title in the center has some wear along the line where you 'pop' it out (see picture 5 - I hope that makes sense!)

I have researched this LP and found that it sold on Ebay less than 9 months ago for £122.    The condition and description was virtually identical. Therefore, I would expect it might sell for something similar.
