Debut stunner and very collectable rare deleted pressing. 


Mint condition, never been played since purchase in 2004. 


No number printed on back( not sure why!) please see below.



You may not believe this but after looking further into the un-numbered edition of this, I did some digging & spoke with Tim from What Records, I buy a bit from him, it appears that you have a more rare version than most think!!
Back when this lp was released, What Records were one of the few remaining stores still selling some quantities of the good old shellac & were well in with the major labels, so much so that Tim asked the likes of Universal, if it would be possible for them to provide his store with some more copies of Hopes & Fears, (Hot Fuss was another) due to them selling so quickly? They duly obliged & pressed another 500, exclusively for him!
I really think people just don't realise that these are more rare than the 3,000 or whatever the final figure was on initial release, as they don't know the story??
I think you should now really promote this fact & I am sure it will fly for £150...surely a bargain, unplayed?? Another sold today £130+ & £12 p&p, played several times!!
