Burroughs was an experimental poet and drug literature legend associated with the beat movement, the cut-up technique, Lucien Carr, Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, Brion Gysin, Joan Vollmer, Gregory Corso, Herbert Huncke, Paul Bowles, Norman Mailer, J. G. Ballard, Alexander Trocchi, Jeff Nuttal, Andy Warhol, Patti Smith, Susan Sontag, Dennis Hopper, Terry Southern, Mick Jagger, Ministry, Gus Van Sant, Sonic Youth, Tom Waits, David Cronenberg, and Kurt Cobain. • Beat poet Giorno ran the Dial-A-Poem-Poets Giorno Poetry Systems label and worked with Allen Ginsberg, William S. International Shipping Up to 2 12" records to Europe/UK/Scandinavia/Asia/Australia is $23.00 for USPS First Class Airmail with tracking, and roughly $10 for every 2 additional lps depending on weight (7" records will cost less; heavy box sets will cost more). Up to 2 12" records to Canada is $16.50 for First Class Airmail with tracking. Up to 2 12" records to Mexico is $21.50 for First Class Airmail with tracking. Other international destinations vary as does the cost of adding additional lps depending on weight, email for a quote. Please note that First Class Airmail usually takes about 2 weeks and is uninsured. International shipments requiring insurance can use the faster but more expensive USPS Priority Mail International service or other expedited insured methods. Packing I pack professionally and with the utmost care drawn from years of experience trading vinyl internationally. I use new record mailers from Cameron Packaging (which I have determined are the best and most protective) reinforced with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap padding. All records are shipped with poly plastic sleeves and with the vinyl outside of the cover to prevent damage. All packages are completely sealed with strong packing tape covering all openings. Unless requested, no paper invoice is included in the package, both to save trees and to avoid customs difficulties. If you'd like your package done any differently, just let me know.
