I AM SELLING A LARGE COLLECTION OF THEATRE, RADIO AND MUSICAL VINYL FROM A LONDON THEATRE CRITIC. MUCH OF THE COLLECTION IS IN ASTOUNDING CONDITION AND FEATURES MANY ESOTERIC AND HARD TO FIND RECORDS DATING BACK TO THE 50'S & 60'S. I WILL BE LISTING MUCH OF THE COLLECTION OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS

OH MY DEAR THIS SOUNDTRACK IS CLOSE TO CRIMINAL.THE MUSIC IS THAT GOOD.LOADED WITH MOHAWKS STYLE HAMMOND ORGAN SLEAZY FUNK KILLER JAZZ TUNES AND EVEN A SICK ROCK TUNE WITH DOPE VOCAL SAMPLES. AROUND 7 KILLER TUNES IN ALL.RANGE FROM DYNAMITE HIP HOP SAMPLES TO I'M GONNA GET STONED GROOVES. EVEN A FAT DRUM BREAK. I LIKE THE VOCAL SAMPLES ABOUT LOOT MYSELF. YOU ALL KNOW HOW RARE THIS KEITH MANSFIELD SOUNDTRACK IS. BY THE SOUND OF THE HAMMOND ORGAN ITS POSSIBLE ALAN HAWKSHAW IS ON THIS LP TOO. TAKE A LISTEN TO THE SOUND CLIP AS THIS RECORD IS NOTHING LESS THAN INCREDIBLE.VINYL - NM, very crisp and clean, performed an excellent sound test with hardly any background noise, minimal rumble, obviously a good pressing, one tiny hardly visible 1cm mark on B side which doesn't sound, no hole wear detected, obviously played only several times.
COVER - Very nice all round, minimal ring wear, slightly noticeable, some line indentations as pictured only noticeable in reflected light. Sides complete with very little wear. INNER
SLEEVE looks like it's hardly ever been removed, very crisp almost like new.
All grading is very strict & adheres to 'Record Collector' specifications. However, I have fine tuned them & they are explained below. All vinyl is examined closely under a strong light & play tested.
MINT Condition = As good as a copy you would buy from a shop, immaculate!
NEAR MINT Condition = Very nearly mint just slightly under, maybe a couple of very, very light paper sleeve scuffs that can only be seen under strong light. SOME WOULD CLASS THIS AS MINT. This disc has been played a couple of times at most. Cover is virtually perfect - very minimal wear only.
EX Condition = A clean & tidy copy that shows virtually no defects. Maybe one or two light needle scuffs or light sleeve removal marks that can only be seen under strong light. There will be no scratches. Play will be near perfect with no distortion. Cover will be very nice with maybe very minimal creasing, ring wear or edge wear.
NEAR EX Condition = You can tell this record has been played a few times but it has been well cared for. There will be minor surface marks only; that barely detract from the sound quality. Cover may have slight creasing or ring wear. A very serviceable copy that you will be pleased with.
VG Condition = A well played but serviceable copy. There will be a few marks on the vinyl, but they won't be nasty scratches, just relatively light needle scuffs and sleeve removal marks, they will be noticeable but won't detract from play too much. Cover will show signs of storage/ aging, e.g., creasing, slight folding, spine wear, ring wear or sticker tears. The record will not be trashed!!

I will typically spend approximately 5-10 minutes on each record.
Larger less valuable lots, if specified, will have been cleaned on the VPI 16.5 machine shipped from the USA. On this setup we use Moth Isopropyl Alcohol cleaner, VPI Brush and an Audio Technica AT 6012X velvet cleaning pads.
For valuable 1st pressings or collectable vinyl we clean the vinyl on a state of the art Keith Monks Discovery One as used by the BBC for transcription records. We use our own specially formulated blend of fluid that we mix ourselves but recommended by collectors.

I ship all my vinyl in good cardboard protective envelopes with stiffeners when required. In the event that these are out of stock I will hand make an appropriate envelope out of stiff cardboard. 78rpm records are shipped in pizza style boxes or larger.
If the item is listed as having FREE SHIPPING, then this is for the UK only and does not apply to other countries including Europe. I do not overcharge for shipping and it is strictly arranged on a non-profit basis.
We prefer PAYPAL payments. This is required within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that any delay in payment will guarantee a delay in postage.
I am happy to accept returns within 14 days of the auction ending. Returns will not be accepted later than 14 days or if contact has been made later than 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return postage but I will refund the initial postage.
