Description

RECORD DETAILS:

Keith Relf - Mr Zero/Knowing      Columbia DB 7920, 1966    VG+    replacement centre

Keith Relf was, of course, the singer and harmonica player with The Yardbirds and later Renaissance. Here he is as a solo act with a tune written by the great US folk singer and creator of "Elusive Butterfly" and other fine songs, Bob Lind, and available on his Fontana album "Don't be concerned".

Honestdave does not often sell "dinked" records for jukebox playing. However if the vinyl is in top quality or the record is exceptionally rare, I do sometimes have a change of heart. This is one of them - there has been a replacement centre put in at some stage but the vinyl is in excellent condition so the value is not affected.

The booked price for a VG+ copy of this very rare solo effort by Relf is around ten pounds more than the I'm asking.

You may never see another so make a serious effort at getting this one!

It is supplied in excellent condition down rated one stage to VG+ for the missing centre, and supplied in an original Columbia company sleeve.

£24.00 - an absolute bargain!

I ALWAYS OFFER EXCELLENT COMBINED POSTAGE RATES – SEE BELOW.

THE SMALL PRINT!

SPEED of OPERATIONS

Please don’t ask for fast delivery or complain about slow postage by me - I’m a disabled seller and I cannot go any faster than I already do. I post twice a week (usually on a Monday and a Friday), but I am dependent on home helps or friends to assist, and there will be some days when I will not be able to post anything.

U.K. POSTAGE is being held at 2016 rates

1 – 8 records (7”, 45 rpm) sent at the First Class, large letter rate (dimensions 20 cm x 20 cm x 2.5 cm, and weight under half a kilo), will be £1.74. I will add 26p to cover the costs of professional packaging, making the total postage for up to 8 discs just £2.00. Please request a price for larger parcels.

LONG PLAYING RECORDS (LP’s - 12”, 33 rpm records) are charged at the Second Class Small Parcel rate, (dimensions 34 cm x 34 cm x 2 cm, and no more than 2kg in weight), and cost £2.90 plus 50p packaging costs. Larger amounts may be better value by a courier service – please request a price.

EUROPEAN and OVERSEAS POSTAGE

Postage and packaging rates for singles to Europe (see paragraph 3 below), start at £3.80 plus 50p packaging costs and the price for LP’s starts at £5.15 plus 50p packaging costs. Larger amounts may be better value by a courier service – please request a price.

Please note that if you require singles and LP’s to be sent to the U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Japan, you should REQUEST A PRICE BEFORE you bid. The best rate may be by a courier service, and the same price may allow several purchases. For other countries see next paragraph.

With regret, NO packages will be sent to Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, most of Eastern Europe, and Overseas (except the U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan), UNLESS it is fully understood that such postage is at the BUYER’S RISK. This is because of continued poor performance of the mail services in those countries which leads to increasing amounts of “lost” i.e. stolen mail. No refund for lost packages will be given in any circumstances. Mail to these countries will be quoted for a courier service.

Please enquire for actual cost BEFORE BIDDING and wait for an invoice at the end.

COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

Ebay and all buyers please note: most of the item (s) for sale on my site are between 40 and 60 years old, but are in the best possible condition possible for their age. I play all “A” and many “B” sides on a 1960’s Monarch deck, to make sure they sound OK. If anyone should find a record is not as described, it will be replaced or all costs refunded – provided you do not rush into Neutral or Negative feedback. I’ll be fair to you if you are fair to me. All you need to do is contact HonestDave immediately for a full 100% REFUND including all postage. DO NOT send defective items back unless specifically asked to do so - please dispose of them responsibly at your end.

I will always leave positive feedback for you, as soon as possible after the package has arrived safely and is satisfactory, so your feedback must be received first. There have been far too many buyers across the Ebay Community receiving a full refund and then leaving negative or neutral feedback. As Ebay is almost impossible to contact, these situations are difficult to rectify.

THE DISC (s) ON SALE and their COVERS

All records are checked for current value against the Record Collector Price Guide (rarerecordpriceguide.com), but soul records are also judged by John Manship’s Soul site which generally gives a more accurate price for that genre (raresoulman.co.uk).

I use only the categories Very Good, VG+, EX (minus), Excellent and Near Mint as defined by Record Collector Price Guides with a couple of additions. Detailed information is obtained from the following highly recommended websites: 45cat.com, Discogs.com, Popsike.com, everyhit.com, officialcharts.com, and Wikipedia.

Most records will be supplied in an original or replica Company sleeve, but if not, a plain sleeve will be included.
