Description
Ken Nordine (1920-2019), who left us earlier this year, was a unique voice of jazz poetry, stream-of-consciousness soundscapes, and the noted narrator of many a commercial.
This is the 1958 UK release of his 1957 US release (which was on Dot Records). It's in nice shape for a 61-year-old, the inevitable turning up of some edges on a typically thin European sleeve, some of the finish peeling on the open edge, and a sticker residue on the northwest corner. Cover conservatively rated VG, edges are all intact and unscuffed, showing wear only at the opening. No marks, scratches or scuffs on the vinyl.
Matrix number is "ADL-1032-1B" (both sides). Has been stored in plastic sleeve since I bought it in the 1980s and rarely ever played, specifically because of its rarity. Plays clean.
