Cover has some wear and soiling - please refer to photos, but overall presents very well. It probably can be cleaned up a bit, to look even nicer. Approx 1" split at upper and lower edge of opening; edgewear.
Record has scuffs and marks, sold "as is". Plays through without skips, has intermittent crackling, occasional pops. It would unquestionably benefit from a professional cleaning.
I am a conservative grader - often shocked by the junk goes as "VG" or even "NM" on ebay. I generally sell top condition vinyl, only making exceptions for hard to find records or records with merit other than sound, as in this case. Personally, I find this record quite listenable, in fact it sounds pretty damn good, but not VG visual grade, therefore am selling it "as is".
