Yellow Bergenfield label with "Van Gelder" in the run outs. "203 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." address on back cover.

Record looks and plays VG++. A few very light scuffs on Side 1. Side 2 looks clean except for small scuff at end of Track 2 which doesn't affect play.

The cover is VG++.

The front cover is shiny with little or no wear. There's an area where slick is missing at top near spine. The back cover has little or no wear. No split seams. Spine is readable. Tiny spots of wear and denting at the corners of spine.
