Label both sides is "47 West 63rd NYC". "RVG", "The Ear" aka "P" and "9M" in the runout on both sides. Address on back cover is "43 West 61st St., New York 23". "Review Copy" stamped on label of Side 2.
Record looks VG+ and plays VG++. Few extremely light scuffs on Side 1 and one or two on Side 2. Grooves do show graying and vinyl is glossy.
Cover is VG.
Front has some gloss and shows moderate wear. Small pieces of laminate missing at pocket and below "M" in "Mobley". Spots of heavy wear at corners and piece of laminate missing at spine on bottom seam. Back cover has heavy wear, ring wear and staining at spine. Stamp on back and a lot of writing, most of it in pencil. Spine readable.
