Description
Blue Note 4059 with 47 West 63rd St. address on both labels; 43 West 61st St. address on bottom of back cover. Deep groove on 1 side of the record. The record has “ear” and “RVG” inscribed in the dead wax. 6 tracks with Freddie Hubbard, trumpet; Hank Mobley, tenor sax; Sam Jones, bass; Louis Hayes, drums. Very rare record. Fine bop to hard bop. Cover: Mint(-). Very small corner wear and very light aging on back cover. Fine gloss finished jacket. Record: VG+ or better. Visually shows light wear with some fine, light brush-like marks on both sides. There are a few crackles and some clicks in various places on the record. Most of the record plays with no interference. Graded conservatively as much of the record is close to mint(-) including the tune “Ballade” which is at a slower tempo. Audibly checked.
