Description

  • Very nice playing copy of this quite rare soul funk album on Stateside from 1966, featuring the vocal talents of Ketty Lester. This is the UK 1st mono pressing and has plenty to commend it. 

  • The front laminated flipback sleeve has maintained its shape well and is in pretty decent shape overall. A little writing on the back by the opening edge, some minor surface damage at the bottom of the front, and the beginnings of a seam split to the centre of the top and bottom edges. It grades VG+. 

  • The vinyl has some hairlines and marks but nothing feelable or of major concern. It plays through well both sides - a little surface noise at times and a few pops on Side 1, but the audio is strong and bright. Again, it grades at least VG+. 

  • Plain white inner sleeve in excellent condition, and excellent Stateside labels. 

  • Great find for soul and funk fans!
