Disc.     The disc is in EX+ condition,  It does not appear to have been played more that a few times .  A real nice top condition disc. 

Sleeve   The Gatefold textures sleeve is also in very nice clean condition, the sleeve has minimul wear along the delicate spine, otherwise this sleeve wouls not be far off M-,   so  Sleeve must certainly grade  VG++
