Consignment copy of the Killer R&B Black Arizona Rocker by Jimmie "Playboy" Knight with soulful vocal by Henry "Mojo" Thompson titled "Little Ann" on the PHYNK label #1753 from 1962. Flip "At Nadines Ebony Door" is a cool instro. "Little Ann" features not one but two greasy guitar breaks by the "White Ike" Jimmie Knight. Wailing saxes played by Mike Metko (Versatiles, Vice-Roys, Bro. Zee etc.) and Bernard Williams (Dyke). Check out a clip this great disc above from the same record you are bidding on. Vinyl condition solid VG++. Plays great (as you can hear above), even with a noticeable storage warp, as the stylus goes gently up and down once on each turn. No skips however. Labels are M-.
