Description
As pictured, rare issue out of Seoul Korea featuring the Kimchi Kats, arranged and conducted by Park Choon Suk. Cover as pictured with wear, some folds, small tears, sticker residue but generally looks pretty good. I don't see a year of release. Late 50s? Looks like they sing in Korean, English, and Spanish for various titles.
On the cover, there is the black writing towards the right side .. since there's no other examples of this album art anywhere, I can't tell if that's original to the label .. or added later by an owner/store, or even an autograph. It just doesn't seem like something that would be original to the design.
The record itself is pretty clean, it has some play wear. I'm used to grading shellac and would call it V++ to E-. Goldmine vinyl grading maybe conservatively VG- ? It's just not full gloss, shows some play wear. Not aall scratches/scuffed up at all. It was well taken care of. Appears to have original inner dust jacket.
Plays pretty well with a little background crackle, some light pops. Nothing that looks like it would cause a skip or any massive distraction. I'm trying to be conservative on the vinyl grade. If anything it should play better than graded.
That's my best description of this, what seems to be a pretty rare item, a very early example of a Korean pressed LP. Ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer.
