This is an unopened brand new factory sealed copy of this record.  It is a double fold or gatefold record.  From other listings, I believe the release year is 1983 but I have no idea as this is a factor sealed record with no print on the record sleeve except for the spine -- and there is no copyright date listed.  So, I default to the buyer to verify the release year.
