Description

Hi Folks..!

I have just inherited a ton of vinyl from a relative who no longer wants it.  He's been collecting records from the 60's onwards and his collection includes lots of Prog rock/classic rock and even some Blues and Jazz. Mostly first or early press,All bought from new at time of release! I'll be listing them over the coming weeks and months so have a look and grab that elusive disc for your collection!!

King Crimson " In the Court Of The Crimson King" original UK first press on the Island record label ILPS-9111

This is the original issue with the Pink Island Label and on the inner gate-fold sleeve it reads "Island Records ltd basing street london w11" Something I believe was only present on first presses?

Matrix No's are;

Side 1) ILPS 9111 A//2

Side 2) ILPS 9111 B//4

The outer gate-fold sleeve is in VG/EX condition. No seam splits, tears or major creases. The spine and edges have some minor rubbing to them but nothing serious, for example you can clearly read the artist and title on the spine.

The vinyl record itself is in EX condition. Still nice and glossy with only the faintest of marks on it visible in bright light from removal from the sleeve and no significant scratches.

All in all this is a lovely copy of this super rare record!

POSTAGE

I will post all of the records in proper record mailers with extra stiffeners and marked fragile. I will be using Royal Mail signed for post in most cases. I will always offer combined postage if someone wins more than one record and I am happy to post abroad with some exclusions. lastly If any record sells for more than £50.00 there will be an extra charge for postal insurance so please wait for an invoice before paying.
