Originally released 10 Oct 1969. This version has centre labels with a 'pink rim/palm tree' design that indicate the release date is likely to be no earlier than 1970. Gatefold sleeve. Has no printer information on sleeve or label. Plain, pale green inner sleeve with 'I' logo and "island records ltd basing street london w11" Cat#s: Centre labels, sleeve spine=ILPS 9111 Inside gatefold=ILPS-9111 Titles on sleeve: A3: Epitaph Including March For No Reason And Tomorrow And Tomorrow B1: Moonchild Including The Dream And The Illusion B2: The Court Of The Crimson King Including The Return Of The Fire Witch And The Dance Of The Puppets Differs from other versions as there is no printer information or text on inner or outer sleeve. Otherwise similar to [r370515] which shows text on inner right of gatefold reading " Printed and made by E. J. Day, London. A similar [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/5925808]version[/url] has "Printed in England by Robor Limited" on inside left of gatefold. Writing on label positioned fractionally differently from other copies on file on Discogs, but this may be simple printing differences. Produced for E.G. Productions, 'David & John'.
