Description
Superb example of this highly sought after album by King Crimson. Their 2nd studio album released on the Island label in 1970. Rarely found in this condition. The vinyl looks unplayed and the textured gatefold sleeve is superb with just some edgewear and slight wear to the corners. This is the coveted 1st UK pressing of this album with the textured gatefold sleeve and the A1/B1 matrix.
Comes from a collection of Prog Rock and Blues Rock that's been very well looked after and archived. All getting listed over the coming weeks.

The first UK pressing of this A1/B1 matrix contains withdrawn version of 'In The Wake Of Poseidon (Including Libra's Theme)', which is longer than that of later pressings (8'26" vs. 7'56").
This longer version was reissued for the first time in CD as a part of 40th Anniversary Set from UK, US, and Japan in 2010.
