King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King. Island Records Pink label ILPS-9111 A/2 - B/4 1969. Both sides of this vinyl record are in exceptionally good condition with no scuff marks or scratches the pink labels are clear and clean. The gatefold sleeve is in very good condition with only a small amount of surface and edge rubbing. Altogether a beautiful copy of this classic album. Please be aware the vinyl playing surface of this album is not in a flawless condition it looks in exceptionally good condition viewing it generally but hairlines and some marks can be seen in bright sunlight and this does effect the sound quality with background crackling and some pops in places and obviously this shows up in the long quiet tracks. I hadn't listened to the album for over twenty years and hadn't when I put it up for auction as I don't have a player, but having requests from people about it's sound quality I have since managed to listen to it.
