This is the regular spine version, not reversed. 

Condition:
Record graded carefully: VG bordering on VG+ listening for the most part. Has some slight surface noise during beginning of record for first 20 seconds of each side and here and there during other quiet parts. Sounds EX mostly! Might just need a deeper clean. Vinyl looks glossy and clean without any deep scratches or marks. 
Sleeve lovely on the whole - just light wear to edges and small tear a couple cm on spine. Light dust/dirt marks on upper part of inside gatefold. My mum wrote her name small in pen also.
